GoldMark Partners Adds Two New Attorneys, Expanding Real Estate and Corporate Law Capabilities
GoldMark Partners LLP, a Greater Boston boutique law firm focused on commercial real estate and corporate law, is pleased to announce that attorneys Olivia A. Bonavita and Diana P. Gil have joined the firm as associates.
Bonavita brings commercial real estate experience from her prior role as a paralegal, where she assisted in due diligence, title review, document drafting, and closing administration for buyers, sellers, and lenders. She drafted purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents, including loan agreements, promissory notes, mortgage and security agreements, guarantees, and ancillary documents; prepared documentation for the formation of corporations, LLCs, partnerships, and joint ventures; and managed a high-volume case load ensuring all contingency dates were met. Bonavita earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and her B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
Gil brings nearly a decade of experience representing clients in a broad range of residential and commercial real estate matters, including working with institutional lenders, landlords, tenants, developers, as well as buyers and sellers in all aspects of financing, leasing, acquisitions, and development. Additionally, Gil frequently serves as outside general counsel to landlords, tenants, and condominium and homeowner associations. She also has experience with title examinations, landlord-tenant disputes, and SBA loan closings. Gil earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and her B.A. in Political Science from Regis College.
