Matthew Clark is a partner at GoldMark Partners LLP.   Matt has more than two decades’ experience in the capital markets and commercial real estate finance industries, with a deep expertise in the origination, servicing, acquisition and disposition of mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, high-yield debt, preferred equity and note-on-note financings.  Matt also has extensive experience in distressed debt, workouts, loan modifications, foreclosures, UCC sales and related Creditors’ Rights concerns.  Matt is the author of dozens of published articles, a frequent lecturer and an active member of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council.
